Lotus Data Systems grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our platform for internal business evaluation and professional research. - Access is permitted solely via approved interfaces and authenticated credentials.
- Information gathered must be used in accordance with sectoral regulations and privacy laws.

Prohibited Activities
To maintain the quality of our data insights for all participants, we strictly enforce the following boundaries:
Automated Extraction
Systematic "scraping" or automated data harvesting is prohibited without explicit written consent from our Hanoi headquarters.
Identity Integrity
Misrepresenting your professional affiliation or using fraudulent credentials to gain elevated access to intelligence reports.
Infrastructure Load
Any action that imposes an unreasonable burden on our Hanoi-based server infrastructure or disrupts our real-time analytics delivery.
Our Proprietary Architecture
The value we deliver through Lotus Data Systems is built upon decades of combined expertise in Vietnamese and international data landscapes. Protecting this intellectual asset is fundamental to our shared success.
Ownership of Logic
All algorithms, visual design elements, and underlying code structures used to generate data insights remain the exclusive property of Lotus Data Systems. No title transfer occurs through platform usage.
Content Rights
The specific reports and intelligence outputs generated for your account are yours to use for internal strategic decision-making, provided the "Lotus Data Systems" attribution remains intact.
Brand Integrity
Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected. Use of our visual identity in external marketing requires a specific licensing agreement from our Nguyen Chi Thanh office.
Liability & Accuracy Guardrails
While we strive for absolute precision in our analytics, data is dynamic. We provide these terms to ensure mutual understanding of the risks inherent in predictive intelligence.
Technical Redundancy: Our systems are monitored 24/7 from our operations hub on Nguyen Chi Thanh 55 to ensure uptime and data integrity for all global analytics partners.
Jurisdictional Governance
How disputes are resolved within our legal framework.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the service shall be instituted in a court in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Agreement Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Modifications
Lotus Data Systems reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Revised" date at the top of this documentation. Continued use after such changes signifies acceptance.
